The transaction includes four Kenworth dealerships, three TRP stores, as well as PacLease Montr\u00e9al\u2019s rental operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For MASKA, this acquisition is part of its vision to build a strong, stable and sustainable company, capable of continuing to grow for generations to come. \u201cSince the beginning, our ambition has never simply been to expand, but rather to build a solid organization that can better serve its customers, offer opportunities to its teams and prepare for the future with confidence,\u201d said Samuel Letendre, President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e9bastien Letendre, Vice President of Operations, added: \u201cThis acquisition will allow us to strengthen our presence in strategic sectors, broaden our expertise and bring together even more talent around a shared passion for our industry.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicolas Letendre, Vice President of Finance, noted: \u201cBy joining forces, we are creating an even stronger organization, driven by experience, commitment and determination.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MASKA now has nearly 700 employees across 19 locations. The company offers its customers more than 150 service bays, where nearly 200 mechanics work in various specialties to meet the diverse needs of its clientele. Its parts delivery network is also expanding to 50 delivery trucks, while six service units travel across our roads.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About MASKA<br><\/strong>Since 1954, MASKA has contributed to the evolution of the transportation industry with a complete offering of new and used Kenworth heavy-duty trucks, available for sale and rental. The company operates more than 150 service bays to provide high-quality service. MASKA carries a vast inventory of parts across its network, while also offering financing solutions for the purchase of trucks and heavy equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The presidency and vice-presidency are now held by the third generation of the Letendre family: Nicolas, Samuel and S\u00e9bastien Letendre.
