The acquisition of Kenworth Montréal and the expansion of the MASKA network to 19 locations mark a new milestone in the company’s growth. To support this expansion, MASKA is making several changes to its territory management structure.
As part of this new structure, Sébastien Letendre continues to lead operations and now holds the title of Vice President, Parts and Service Operations. His responsibilities include coordinating and developing parts and service operations across the entire MASKA network.
MASKA’s territory is now divided into three major regions, each led by a Regional Director supported by an Assistant Regional Director. A key change is that these leaders will now be responsible for both Parts and Service within their respective regions. This structure will help strengthen local leadership, facilitate collaboration between locations and provide better support to teams in the field.
EAST REGION
Éric Lavoie takes on the new role of Regional Director, East. He will be supported by Yanick Miller, who serves as Assistant Regional Director.
Locations in the region
Chicoutimi · St-Augustin · Lévis · Saint-Georges · Trois-Rivières · Shawinigan
CENTRAL REGION
Danny Bourdages now takes on the role of Regional Director, focusing on the Central Region. He will be supported by Yanick Delisle, who serves as Assistant Regional Director.
Locations in the region
La Présentation · Saint-Hyacinthe · St-Mathieu · Boucherville · Drummondville · Sherbrooke
WEST REGION
With the integration of the new Greater Montréal locations into the MASKA network, Shana Berthiaume takes responsibility for this territory as Regional Director, West.
Locations in the region
Lanoraie · Laval · Mirabel · St-Eustache · St-Laurent · St-Jérôme · Vaudreuil-Dorion
This new structure supports MASKA’s continued growth while allowing us to remain closer to our teams in each region. It will also encourage the sharing of best practices and support the continued alignment of our processes across the entire network.
We wish Sébastien, Éric, Yanick, Danny, Yanick and Shana every success in their new responsibilities and are confident that their leadership will contribute to MASKA’s continued growth and development.
