MASKA is proud to announce the appointment of Shana Berthiaume as Vice President, Parts. With a strong track record and a get-things-done mindset, she will continue building on the momentum already underway across our organization.
Over the past two years, Shana served as General Manager, Parts Operations, where she successfully rallied teams, accelerated business priorities, and contributed to MASKA’s continued growth. Her leadership in this role helped drive meaningful progress in how we operate—focused on execution, continuous improvement, and delivering the right results for customers.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Shana is known for her leadership, solution-oriented approach, and ability to turn challenges into clear, concrete action. Curious and passionate, she’s also recognized for her constant drive to learn and improve the way things are done.
