Your role as a Technical Advisor

  • Welcome customers with professionalism and care
  • Understand their needs and open service files properly
  • Plan, organize, and follow up on maintenance and repair work
  • Answer calls and customer questions efficiently
  • Clearly explain recommended work, timelines, and costs
  • Provide consistent follow-up with customers throughout the process
  • Work closely with the shop team to ensure smooth execution of repairs
  • Recommend the right solutions and help deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Perform any related tasks requested by your supervisor

Profile – Technical Advisor

  • Experience in customer service
  • Good knowledge of the heavy-duty vehicle, trucking, or mechanical field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Natural people skills, listening ability, and a reassuring approach
  • Comfortable using computer tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong sense of priorities, autonomy, and team spirit

Assets

  • Experience as a Technical Advisor or Service Advisor
  • Experience in a dealership or heavy-duty vehicle shop
  • Good understanding of after-sales service or repair coordination
